• Prepare necessary documents for delivery. • Update daily sales into in-house system • Check figures, postings, and documents for correct entry. • Liaising and checking information with relevant departments for correct entry. • Update the prices to price setting list in Real Time Program. • Other duties as assigned.

• Process necessary documents and records in the computer and inventory systems. • Handle incoming and outgoing documents. • Check and receive incoming goods, documents and other items - from HQ or vendors. • Check and tally the incoming physical stock, the invoices and Purchase Order. • Communicate and follow up with HQ and vendors regarding delivery discrepancies, errors in records, documents, collection of return goods, and issuance of credit notes. • Handle goods returns, stock adjustments and inter-branch transfer. • Investigate negative stock balance and physical stock count. • Assist Branch In-Charge in duty roster planning, update staff attendance form, leave records, stock discrepancy reports, purchase orders and other administrative works.

• Filing and sorting corporate documents, records, and reports. • Arrange office equipment for maintenance or repairs. • Schedule and confirm appointments for clients, subcontractors and suppliers. • Releasing cheques to subcontractors or suppliers. • Human resource related matters. • Administrative matters.
