Seif Zaki
Program Coordinator @ MIT Kuo Sharper Center for Prosperity and Entrepreneurship
About
Graduate of Kogod School of Business at American University. Currently program coordinator at the MIT Kuo Sharper Center for Prosperity & Entrepreneurship, focusing on the center's multi-year collaboration with the Government of Botswana. Growing up in Cairo, I developed an early interest in entrepreneurship, with the intent to help local communities better their lives. My interest was catalyzed when I moved to Indonesia during high school, where I was exposed to a culture where startups in a pro-business society were able to leverage innovation in technology to drive systematic change and in-term creating reliable income for a large majority of the population. Through similar experiences, I continue to learn and develop skills in early stage company management, with particular interests in strategic marketing, brand development, and notably, impact.
