Federation's comprehensive strategic plan to be made and developed in alingnment with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030, and translating it into achievable initiatives and programs. • Cultural sports programs and projects to be made and prepared , taking into account the societal impact and desired results of the Federation. • Marketing files and official presentations for partners and respective agencies to be well prepared enhancing the Federation’s image and boost opportunities for partnerships and support. • Implementation of approved programs and activities to be closely monitored and tracked , and ensure that work teams meet timeframe and targeted results. Key performance indicators (KPIs) & executive programs for the Federation to be developed and regularly checked and then ensuring that interim and strategic objectives have been fulfilled. • The work of specialized committees to be supervided and their efforts to be spearheaded to serve the domains of sports culture in education, media, tourism, marketing, and international relations. • Federation to be represented in official meetings, and collaborative relationships to be estsablished with governmental, private and community agencies . • Internal governance plans and operational policies to be developed to ensure transparency and institutional efficiency.

- Distributing tasks to employees, following up work and developing appropriate programs for employee development. - Developing plans, programs and human resources procedures. - Identify the needs of the human resources management in terms of financial, human resources and administrative requirements necessary to implement and manage business and activities. - Training female cooperating trainees (programs - courses) and qualifying them for the labour market. - Quality management (application - follow-up filling out forms – reviewing). - Familiar with social insurance. • Evaluating employees and measuring key performance indicator. • Work on monthly and annual reports. • Work on human resources list. • Work on employee contracts (fixed and indefinite). • Work on National Volunteer Portal. • Work on courses and issuing certificates. • Work on memorandum of understanding.
