A sustainable agribusiness enthusiast, certified Engineer, and social Impact driver. CEO/FOUNDER of Baay projects(www.baayprojects.com), a construction firm that births real estate development (www.baayrealtt.com) a sustainability driven real estate development firm starting in Lagos with vision to expand to other African countries. Founder of an agribusiness firm (www.baayagro.com) in the cashew value chain with long term to farm the largest cashew integrated service in Africa, supporting small holder farmers to increase productivity leveraging on tech and climate advisory, with farm input financing support programmes. All these with the intent to contribute to SDG 1,2,5,8,11 AND 13. His Harvard University alternative investment class experience makes me a business driver, with a postgraduate degree in business administration from the prominent University of Lagos and experience with international work culture, startups, business development, risk management, and human resource management. Recognised by the Ban ki-moon center for global citizens as a Change maker, joined the team that wrote the climate action paper to be presented at COP29 later in Dubai this year 2023, not leaving the recognition by the United Nations UNITE 2030 Youth Delegate programme as a change maker in Africa, Adegoke continues to bag recognitions locally and internationally. His passion for Agribusiness, rural community development and farmers’ empowerment stems from his background while his 1st and 2nd degree made him a certified Engineer with prominents certifications in HSE, PMP, HRM amongst others. With a dream to supports smaller businesses across African countries, he is not stopping to explore other markets opportunities around the world and he currently sits as a board member in numerous companies across African countries and europe.
