It is with great pride that I have taken on the role of Head of Design Management System. As International Women’s Day approaches, I want to share that this new chapter is not just a personal milestone for me—it’s also a reminder of how powerful it is to support and uplift women in their careers, and to create spaces where everyone can thrive. This is something I have truly experienced at Airbus Helicopters, where I have been fortunate to work with incredible leaders who support and empower. Their trust has made a significant difference in my journey. May the words of André De Shields; who inspire many with his discipline, grace and wisdom, be as inspiring to all the women pushing boundaries and breaking barriers, as they have been to me: "Surround yourself with people whose eyes light up when they see you coming. Slowly is the fastest way to get to where you want to be. The top of one mountain is the bottom of the next, so keep climbing.” Here’s to the new journey!
