Recruitment Manager
Lead a team of recruiters and talent sourcers, providing coaching, development, and performance management to enhance team effectiveness. Collaborated on the “It’s Okay to Not Be Okay” speaker series focused on mental health topics such as stress management, caregiving, navigating grief at work, allyship, and suicide prevention awareness within the construction sector. This work along with ERG leadership is instrumental in creating a safe space for employees to share challenges, seek support, and reduce the stigma around mental health. Partnered with the Women United ERG to drive awareness with a social media campaign “If You Can See It, You Can Be It”, which highlighted the achievements of women in construction, amplifying their voices and promoting career opportunities within the industry.
