Job Scope -Preparation of tender drawings, tender documents, tender addendum, tender clarification and tender assessments reports. -To conduct tender interviews and evaluate tenders received for mechanical works. -Drawing design based on International ASHRAE Standard, Malaysia Standard and Brand standard. (eg. Holiday Inn & Ascott) -Discussion with the operator to understand about their operation method and safety requirements on the design. -Promoting energy efficiency in the design work to ensure cost saving. For example, to calculate the efficiency of the entire chiller plant system to ensure optimum performance at a lower cost. -Coordination of M&E services with other building consultants. -To prepare construction drawings by checking through the architectural, structural (beam layout) and Interior Designer (reflected ceiling layout) plans to ensure sufficient space to run the M&E services before the installation at the site. -Supervise the installation of building services, ensuring that specifications for standards, performance and safety are met. -Certified the work progress through site inspection. -Preparation documents required for relevant authority submission (eg. Bomba) -Testing and commissioning of M&E services. -Pre-Inspection prior to authority inspection. Design Services -ACMV SYSTEM -FIRE PROTECTION & ALARM SYSTEM -LIFT SYSTEM -SWIMMING POOL FILTRATION SYSTEM -MECHANICAL CAR PARKING SYSTEM

• Assist Quality Engineer to implement more effective inspection process. • Perform ISO 9001 process audit.
