Leading the design & implementation of group wide processes & programs regarding performance management, behavioral model, talent management and succession planning to support Turkcell Group’s people strategy. Key Achievements: - Redesigned the performance evaluation process after abolishing the forced distribution approach. - Developed and implemented group wide succession planning process. - Redesigned behavioral model evaluation method in order to reach more objectivity in the evaluation process. - Redesigned the behavioral model evaluation reports to contribute understanding and development of one’s skills. - Took role in designing new behavioral model for Turkcell Group and managed the launch & implementation, cultural penetration processes.

Development and implementation of processes & projects regarding performance management, behavioral model, talent management , retention & rewarding and benefits management. Key Achievements: - Successfully designed & implemented the flexible benefits program in 2010. It is essential that it was the first flex benefits program for Global Bilgi. - Designed & implemented a new talent management program for Call Center Agent & Team Leader roles aiming to create a pipeline for call center management.

Carrying out the recruitment process of administrative staff (IT, Finance, HR, Planning etc.)

Carrying out the recruitment process for generally middle management roles in various sectors across various disciplines, concentrating on FMCG & pharmaceuticals. In addition, conducting research & headhunting for providing relevant candidates on assigned roles.
