As a Poker VIP I handle the higher end poker segment. Daily routine includes being in close contact with our players, retention, re-activation and acquisition. Preferred customer communications is telephone contact. When required at poker events I act as a VIP host for all our live event players. This includes arranging open bars, parties, dinners and nights out. Currently managing the Expekt poker product with my colleague. This involves: 1. Promotions - creating and marketing 2. E-mail marketing. Creating e-mail templates through dreamweaver and handling segmentation. 3. Table messages 4. Budgeting 5. Customer lifecycle management

I started as customer services answering e-mails and poker chats. Due to my knowledge and interest within the poker field I was later promoted to poker trainer, and received the title "poker specialist" within the customer service department. I documented procedures and educated new CS agents in the field of poker and backoffices related to poker. Documentation was a 60+ pages document with everything to be known about expekt.com poker and internal procedures, customer approach, and basic poker fundamentals.
