Daily overseeing the operations of the business performed by the joint venture. Responsible for the P&L and ensuring strategic goals are met by setting operational policies, creating, and maintaining budgets, talent development, etc. Representative for the company with customers, suppliers, government authorities, and other organizations connected to the business.

Development of operational strategies that allow efficient management of the plant, ensure compliance with the plans drawn up, assigning resources, and establishing control points. Compliance with established quality, occupational safety, and environmental requirements.

Management representative in the certified quality management system (ISO). Responsible for the documentary system, the corrective action system, the qualitative performance of the plant (processes and facilities), the approval of materials and suppliers. Responsible for after-sales service.

Design and validation of new products and components, general mechanical design calculations, technical support to different areas including customers and suppliers, implementation of new products and processes, etc.
