I’ve worked with 60+ startups and tech companies in Web3, fintech, telco, content, and edtech—helping founders build traction, scale products, and grow sustainably. I bring hands-on experience in product strategy, growth marketing, monetization, and go-to-market execution across LatAm and global markets.

Following my tenure as CMO (2018-2021), I returned in 2023 to collaborate on high-impact projects, driving successful marketing strategies and innovative solutions.

As the CMO of Baubap, a fintech startup building the first digital bank for the economically vulnerable, starting with a mobile lending app for Mexico, my role was to design and execute sustainable growth and brand building strategies to achieve ambitious acquisition, retention, differentiation, and business goals. I was responsible for improving performance metrics throughout the funnel, contributing to producing sustainable and profitable LTV and CAC metrics, and building and nourishing brand voice, identity, and awareness.

CMO of a YCS22 high-growth fintech operating at the intersection of cross-border payments and cryptocurrency infrastructure. Designed and executed regional growth strategy, driving user acquisition, product adoption, and brand expansion. Partnered with Product and Data teams to scale sustainable performance across the full customer lifecycle.

As Chief Marketing Officer at Buenbit, I led the full marketing strategy and execution across the group’s ecosystem—spanning brand, growth, product launches, and user acquisition. I built the marketing team from scratch and helped position Buenbit as Argentina’s leading crypto and digital finance platform. During my tenure, we scaled from 0 to over 400,000 users, launching and growing multiple products including: Buendolar, the first 100% native digital platform registered with BCRA, offering spread-free access to USD with exceptional UX—reaching 70,000+ users within weeks. Buengiro, a product designed for seamless, fast, and low-cost international transfers. In 2023, I returned to the company as a consultant to lead the rebranding and relaunch of Buendolar, reinforcing its market position in a new regulatory and competitive landscape.
