-Manage and update purchase orders and sales orders, ensuring accuracy in pricing, quantities, and delivery details. -Monitor open orders on a daily basis, verifying key data and identifying potential operational risks. -Coordinate and track inbound appointments and Customer Requested Dates (RDD) to ensure timely fulfillment. -Prepare weekly ETA reports by comparing requested vs. scheduled dates to measure customer compliance. -Identify and communicate order issues (cut notices), providing recommendations to support decision-making. -Verify product shelf life requirements and coordinate shipping processes with the warehouse team. -Validate costs, pricing, and profit margins before order submission. -Maintain accurate and up-to-date records across spreadsheets and internal databases. -Analyze open, backorder, and duplicate reports, collaborating with the sales team to resolve discrepancies. -Organize and file documentation daily to ensure operational traceability and compliance.
