* Managing all Warehousing & Line feeding activities in an Manufacturing factory of Kirloskar Oil Engines Ltd. -Small Engines Manufacturing Unit with a warehouse 25,000 square meter warehouse. * Managing approximately 12,000 Sku’s, representing Machinery and Engine Spare parts for small oil engines. * Responsible for Inventory control management for stock holding of over 25 million dollars. * Responsible for feeding assembly line with engine parts required for assembling of oil engines as per engine assemble schedule

* Managed approximately 30,000 Sku’s in the multi user facility representing FMCG, IT, Hardware, Fashion, Furniture, Irrigation products, Chemicals, Building products, Machinery Spare parts and Food for 16 clients at a 15,000 square meter warehouse. * Recruited, trained, supervised, and appraised staff to display high level of individual and team performance to support customer’s requirement and company’s objectives. * Developed, implemented and maintained all customer KPI’s and reported their performance on dash board. * Drafted and implemented new Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and process flows thereby improving efficiency & productivity for each of the customer’s account. * Maintained compliance to ISO 9001, ISO14001 and QHSES policies and procedures * Liaised with statutory government & Customs departments as and when required. * Maintained operating cost within Distribution center budgets and focused on cost saving initiatives.

Job Responsibilities: ◦ Manage warehouse operations by overseeing receiving, warehousing, issuing, material control and maintenance of warehouse equipment’s in compliance with company’s policies and vision ◦ Structure layout and ensure efficient space utilization and maintain ISO & QHSES standards ◦ Prepare annual budget and control operational cost. ◦ Recruit, orient, coach and motivate employees. Plan work rotas and assign tasks appropriately. ◦ Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system, produce reports and statistics regularly. ◦ Liaise with clients and internal customers for quality of service provided, receive feedback and take corrective action, initiate continuous improvement plan, coordinate and implement.
