NextGen Communications operate on the telecommunications market in Romania, with a turnover of 21 million euros and 550 employees, owned by Telekom Romania part of the Deutsche Telekom Group, has more than 30 branches, serving almost 350 localities with telecom services. As a Chief Commercial Officer, the main responsibility was to direct and manage the following departments: Residential, B2B and Corporate Sales, Marketing, Product, Content and Project Management Office (PMO); coordinating the Marketing Director, department Managers and the Project Managers at the company level. Reporting to: National Chief Operations Officer Direct and manage all eleven branches from South Region, directly the executive managers. Since in previous years Nextgen acquired several local telecom companies, I had mission unify, integrate and align the processes, procedures and reporting systems within all branches, beside the normal operations actions.

As a local Executive Manager, beside management of all departments and relations with local authority, I’ve coordinated the project of construction the Fiber Optical Infrastructure (FTTH), from design to activation.

Managed branches activity with high focus on TV network (CATV) development in both cities.

I set up this company in 2002 as a local internet service provider and I managed until 2007 when the turnover rich 500k Euro with 22 employees and NewCom Telecomunicatii offer me a good opportunity and I concluded in a deal.
