As a Tooling Manager at Integrity Molded Plastics LLC., I am responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of all tools, and ensuring quality and efficiency standards are met. I am also responsible for developing procedures to ensure tools are maintained in a safe and efficient manner, without reducing quality of work. As well as overseeing the development of new tools. I have over ten years of experience in the injection molding industry, working with various materials, processes, and equipment. I am passionate about learning new skills and techniques, and I continuously seeking to further my knowledge and achieve new goals. I enjoy working with a team of dedicated and innovative professionals, who share my vision of delivering high-quality products and services to our customers. My mission is to apply my expertise and creativity to solve problems, optimize performance, and improve outcomes.

Reduce contamination and proper repurpose bad parts; grinding, seperating contaminated parts for scrap as well as properly upkeeping equipment to ensure a smooth and efficient use of materials.
