At ByteDance, I led the Xigua Video product team and was instrumental in pioneering the Japanese community product Lemon8 (Sharee), taking it from an initial concept to a fully realized platform, embodying the journey from zero to one. Additionally, I developed the language learning business from the ground up and established ByteDance's overseas growth team from scratch.
