* Prototype and design mechanical engineer, collaborating on the mechanical design and construction of the QX second-generation. * Customer technical liaison. Traveled to Tel Aviv, Israel, to assist our customer, Coca Cola with technical support, and customer service.

Made in Space is a NASA small business innovation research company, building 3D printers for use on the International Space Station. Worked with CAD software to design experiment layouts, perform structural analysis, and aid in feasibility studies of additive manufacturing in space.

* Created two microcontroller-based robots that could conduct high precision chemical processes. One performing a dip coating operation, and the other for extruding precision honeycomb films. * This required creating Solid Works models, writing Arduino C code, designing the circuitry, and conducting fabrication.

* Assisted Prof. E. Garcia and Laboratory for Intelligent Mechanical Systems (“LIMS”), Cornell University, Ithaca, NY * Research work focusing on wind tunnel testing and flow visualization of energy harvesters. These harvesters include piezoelectric, solar, and induction energy harvesting technology. * Assisted in the design, fabrication, and testing of several experimental energy harvesters.

Business Development, responsible for finding new customers, and presenting Fabrinet West’s value proposition. This included tours, presentations, quote negotiations, and evaluation of potential customers. Program Manager, responsible for managing customer accounts and related manufacturing. Oversaw PCBA and Box build Operations. Worked from NPI/ Prototype to scaled manufacturing and volume transfer to Asia. Customer portfolio includes Optical Telecommunication Service Provider, Laser System OEM, Instrumentation Start up, and Biomedical Diagnostic Start up. Required travel in Asia, Scandinavia, and the US.
