Analyze customer behavior on Interactive Voice Response systems and develop more efficient task-oriented flows for client customers. - Design, develop, and maintain phone-based IVR phone-based customer service applications. Self-service tasks include billing maintenance and technical troubleshooting. Clients I've worked with include Bank of America, Virgin Mobile, Fingerhut, 800 Flowers.com, and Alltel. - Assisted in interviewing customers in roundtable discussion groups about their experiences with live advisors, and how their needs could better be served.

* Staff Reporter * News reporter with a primary emphasis on economic issues and immigration. * Wrote in-depth historical profiles on such figures as Meriwether Lewis and Standing Bear.

Served as the lead technical writer for Nebraska's statewide Medicaid system; the state's first new Medicaid system in 35 years.

* Wrote and designed federally certified software and hardware end user manuals that were read by users in more than 20 states. * Developed and maintained online documentation for software products using Camtasia and RoboHelp. * Assisted in onsite support for federal and local elections in Pennsylvania, New York City, Texas, California and Indiana.

Wrote album reviews and essays about trends in the music industry.

Designed and developed text and online documentation from scratch for more than 20 software modules, which were used by more than 1,000 users at seven different hospitals.
