I enjoy digging into issues to understand their root causes and finding practical, effective solutions. I’m naturally curious about how things work and often take systems apart—literally and figuratively—to see how they can be improved.My work style is highly hands-on and detail-oriented, and I thrive in environments where troubleshooting, analysis, and process improvement are valued. In December 2025, I became Six Sigma Green Belt certified, strengthening my ability to apply data-driven methods to reduce variation and improve processes.
