When Pollard Equipment was acquired by Union Tractor, my employment continued with Union Tractor. Performed various duties from outside sales, inside sales, service management, branch management, safety management etc.

Performed various roles from Service manager, scheduler, parts sales, outside sales, staff hiring, inventory control, shop tooling updates/monitoring,

Started my career off as a Junior design engineer. Helped out with Information Technology and upgrading PC's, software and networks. Moved into the testing phase of engineering, testing pump designs, trims etc. Moved into the repairs and aftermarket side of the business to expand my knowledge and customer interactions. went back to engineering as the supervisor and headed up the global SAP team to implement and rollout SAP in North America. Various trips across the world for various Sulzer site inputs and modifications to the SAP software. Great Company and great people to work with - world wide!
