The health club business is a part of who I am......It defines me. My entire adult life has been spent working as a leader/manager in the health club industry. I have been VERY fortunate to be mentored by who I would consider some of the best leaders in the industry; this includes Rudy Smith, Andy Pollack, and Brad Neste. I was fortunate enough to have ownership stock, and to be involved with a private equity acquisition of Gold's Gyms in Las Vegas, Phoenix and Southern California after more than 20 years of growing the Gold's Gym brand. I am now looking to help other owners and operators in the health club industry have the same success that I personally had, as well as the overall revenue success we had Gold's Gym's, and Vasa Fitness.

Providing health club systems, procedures, sales, marketing and execution analytics to increase EBITDA in a very short period of time. Systems and procedures designed to increase membership and personal training EFT/EFC dues stream for sustained growth in revenue. Recently increased the EBITDA for a chain of 15 health clubs from less than $500,000 in EBITDA to 13.9 million within a three year time period. Establish long term objectives with short term objectives along the way. Creating a playbook to reach such objectives, giving clear and precise expectations, managing those expectations and rewarding individuals in a manner that continues to get the best out of each. Recognize and understand that success is achieved by recruiting and developing a team of like minded individuals that are self motivated. Developed and led the charge to initiate adapted Physical Education programs in the local schools and adult Physical Education programs within La Plata County. Led a business program for UNLV Health and Recreation major students that led to internships within the health club business. This program became required for all recreation management majors of UNLV. Activities and Societies: Fort Lewis Football Team
