Designed Chilled Water cooling systems and Technical Water systems for Data Centers, including GA drawings, Piping Plans, Piping Isometrics from take-offs on CDU’s for Glycol chilled water system and CRAH/CRAC units on technical water systems. Collaborated on redline corrections. Made model modifications from BIM review for coordination clash detection. Generated long lead items and preliminary BOM’s.

Worked as a Contract Designer at Salof Ltd. Assisted on various carbon capture projects. Specifically modular CO2 Capturer Liquefaction plants. I created GA drawings, model corrections from red lines, produced piping Isometrics. Additionally, I modeled up buy out vessels or imported customer provided STP. files to assemble process skids and pipe up unit per P&ID.

Designed all treating/production equipment related packages and vessels per related industry code, including; GPU’s, Flares, Amine skids, contact towers, Glycol Regeneration skids and high Spec projects. Created budget and shop friendly design fabrication drawing. and isometrics in a productive and accurate manor. Additionally, I functioned as a checker. Functioned as primary structural designer for ladders, platforms, and other structural request.

Position migrated to SNC -Lavalin: Provide one on one guidance to less experienced designers/engineers to include Software questions, Drafting practices, Group procedures, Manufacturability concerns. Develop tools and procedures to make team more productive and accurate on drawing creation. Check junior team members work and assist with designs either redlining existing work or providing Go-By'S. Participate in standard upgrades and VAVE events for product improvements. Participate in design/peer reviews for projects within my team and assists with other teams when needed. Design/Detail Pressure vessels and other skid mounted equipment to include skid design from engineer’s calculations and specifications. Produce P&ID's, GA’s and all necessary fabrication drawings required; to include B.O.M’s, details, plans and elevations, plate parts,and weld maps if required. I run ISO’s, check and make model corrections as required. Pick up redline corrections and comments from client and engineer’s. I assist others as needed and continue to increase my skill set and knowledge of oil and gas and skid mounted equipment.
