Constant communication with coworkers, customers, and management to provide service in a timely manner. Prepared and coordinated in advance the arrival and stay of many"groups", which included sports camps, education groups, international students, and groups with special needs. Monitored and attended to the needs of all groups to ensure their stay within the hotel-like residence halls were comfortable. Participated in a 24-hour on-sight duty rotation in order to respond quickly to any customer needs. Provided managerial supervision to Customer Service Representatives by delegating tasks and providing answers to their questions.

Coordinate with team members and various organizations to provide excellent entertainment for students. Within the office, create an atmosphere that is creative, fun, yet professional. Provide support and encouragement to each team member. Participate in a Student Advisory Panel to open communication channels throughout campus organizations in order to improve upon what our organizations do. Also, preside over weekly team meetings to keep team members on the same page for upcoming events.

The essential role was to be an accessible resource for 85 new college students over two years. This included developing engaging activities that expanded student thinking, participating in an on-call duty rotation in order to create a safer space for students to live in, which often included having to enforce behavior standards in a peer setting. Also performed monthly key audits to ensure records were accurate.
