Maintain and develop web sites for several companies using Java, JavaScript and related technologies. Development is done using a variety of software applications but the MyEclipse Development platform has been the primary tool.

High Speed Internet Support Technician. Answered the phone at a call center and provided technical support to customers of our service. I was also required to do sales and support of video services. In addition to my regular duties I was assigned to deal with problem customers as escalation manager.

Service Department Manager. In charge of hiring technicians for both onsite and in store repairs and technical support. We took around 100 support calls and repaired 30-50 computers per day. I was also responsible for developing the system that we used to process the systems. My department designed and built both the hardware and software loads for all the computers sold by the company. Additionally we provided complete telephone technical support to anyone who called our help line. I was required to be available 24/7 for emergency calls and was responsible for my companies Y2K policy and implementation.
