Provided Billing Support, Technical Support and Community Support. In this role I had to diagnose and solve a variety of problems with game servers primarily to do with configuration issues.

To do this role I have had to undertake a Counter Terrorist Check, which is still valid. During my role here I was assigned to work at the united kingdom boarder agency, my typical duties were file management on the evening working hours team. We would be responsible for locating certain files in various storage locations and retrieving them so the given file can be processed. Further to this we were also responsible for correctly storing newly created files and attaching post to files and then putting them in the correct locations to be stored in. Finally our team was responsible for answering any queries about the given location of files so that the departments that need the file for processing can find the file quickly and effectively.

I worked to help support secondary school students to explore computer science and consider it as an option for gcse, a-levels or at another higher education level.
