● Directed three projects, each contract valued greater than US$1.2 million, from initiation to closure, especially one project implementing in the USA in the electronic industry and two projects implementing in Taiwan in the logistics industry. ● Experienced the design of the combination of tote to person and shelf to person solution to increase the inventory density of approximately 30% in a limited space. ● Cooperated with Solution and Product team remotely to design to-be process both on hardware as well as system interface within client’s requirement and scope. Strongly familiar with AMR solutions and understand the details of project implementation.

● Experienced one shelf to person robotic solution project in fruit and vegetable distributor. Coordinated with internal/external stakeholders to finalize the business requirement and functional design documents as well as track the project schedule to ensure go-live on time.

● Worked on the project of “NIKE SEC (Strategic Enterprise Capability)”. ● Planned business cutover, contingency/continuity plan in Taiwan B2B marketplace on NSP, NDS and Sport Marketing to initiate the detailed process steps for overall supply chain phases (i.e., P2P/domestic, outbound, return and inventory) in order to ensure the period of SAP system integration upgrade without any impact on business operations. ● Cross-functional communication and collaboration with multiple departments remotely to coordinate the various opinions, reduce the biases within all of stakeholders. Attempted to make an alignment and establish a close cooperation relationship with each party.

● Process optimization ■ Initiated and implemented process improvement for cosmetics account on e-commerce service from single order picking to multi-order picking. Worked as a project manager to coordinate and communicate with internal departments (IT and Operations) to optimize the as-is process on picking system design, which successfully reduced the overall picking time and enhanced the picking productivity from one order picking to maximize 28 orders. ● Project management ■ Experienced three of new business implementations, covering B2B and B2C services for cosmetics industry, designing suitable operation processes and selecting the appropriate material handling equipment onsite as well as system integration (API interface) based on client’s requirement. ● Warehouse operations ■ Headed operations team in handling three customers to fulfill daily inbound/outbound and return processes as well as transport assignment, which take a responsibility for instruction and supervising team’s practice both on administrator and operator and uniting the team under common goals, fostering a harmonious team atmosphere.
