I’m a client-facing Product Manager at Fennec AI, a SaaS startup building an operating system for nightlife venues. I sit at the intersection of product, revenue, and people – working with customers, engineers, and candidates to move the business forward. I graduated from the University of British Columbia with a degree in Cognitive Science, where I studied how people think, decide, and interact with technology... alongside a solid computer science foundation. That background in human behaviour + my hands-on startup experience is what drives how I build and ship products. Over the last couple of years I’ve: 1. Turned messy venue workflows into clear specs, user stories, and UX flows 2. Worked with a distributed engineering team to scope, prioritize, and ship features 3. Run demos, handled objections, and helped close deals with venue partners 4. Helped build the team by writing role profiles, sourcing candidates, screening, and supporting hiring decisions Having to wear multiple hats, I’m used to jumping between discovery, delivery, GTM, and recruiting, and I like owning a problem end-to-end rather than living in a narrow lane.
