Managing the ongoing safety efforts, initiatives, training, and compliance for Dubak Electrical Group. I strive to improve our existing programs as well as use new techniques to keep us on top of the safety performance scale, ensuring that safety is everyone's top priority as our organization continues to grow.

Management of all Human Resources department including recruiting, on-boarding, benefits management, policy administration/interpretation, compliance, and record keeping.

As Operations Manager at Dubak Electrical Maintenance Corp., my responsibilities include: Coordinating current and upcoming project schedules, managing projects as needed, participating as safety committee co-chair, project budgeting/estimate analysis, business development/client base growth, as well as maintaining and improving customer relations. On an as needed basis, I also assist with HR procedures and policy implementation, maintenance program development and improvement, as well as training/training policy and curriculum management. Basically, I am responsible for the overall managerial operations and am a proud team member working to continuously improve on our company's operating structure/execution to meet the needs of our clients.
