-Supervising and monitor sub-contractor's work plans in relation to mechanical and electrical works for fire protection services -Coordinate and cooperate with colleagues and/ or other service providers on site -To ensure project schedules, quality standards and technical specifications are met -Managing a team of site personnel independently -Responsible for the general running and performance of the mechanical and electrical works for fire protection works of the project -Coordination with building owners, architects, consultants and engineers to ensure the project runs smoothly -Preparation of project claims and work progress reports
