Built the company's first ESG disclosure portfolio and Sustainability program, organically, reporting directly to the CFO. Designed a global EHS program to function across all business units, driving proactive change to reduce risk and enhance productivity. Oversaw 20+ high-caliber risk management professionals across four continents.

Built entirely new position supporting cross-regional sales teams, and managed the end-to-end partners’ environmental and regulatory compliance programs in the reverse supply chain. Tailored partner strategies based on client needs. Lead all activities in global partner identification, on-boarding, performance assessment, and key performance metrics monitoring Collaborated with internal and external clients to strategize and execute IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) product movement and disposition for domestic and global accounts Aligned partner service execution with established and emerging environmental and safety regulations to ensure compliance with packaging, transportation, and end-of life disposal standards. Coverage spans across 40+ partners in 30+ countries.

Reduced timeworn vendor network headcount in reverse supply chain for recycling 75% by designing a full-scale vendor management program from concept to execution. Enabled operations to move material downstream through a secure 3rd party network established with the highest financial rate of return.

Project Manager for large OEM Global Takeback Asset Disposition and E-Waste recycler audit program. Global Technical Director for OEM audit program facilitating all downstream due dilligence projects and training all auditors. Rountinely delivered onsite compliance support for a multi-national telecommunications company. Tasks included waste inspections and hazardous waste management, Tier II reporting, audit preparation, SPCC Plan implementation, environmental training for employees, and Health and Safety support. Provided onsite support for ODM (Original Design Manufacturer) as the Internal Auditor for upcoming ISO 14001 recertification audit. Managed a project team focused on the waste management practise and downstream due diligence of a hydro-excavation company. Additional role included onsite environmental compliance auditor of downstream waste dump sites.

Implemented and maintained sustainable EHS management systems by identifying and tracking appropriate metrics, maintaining documentations, and assessing company strategy in conformance with regulatory standards. Developed and implemented ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 management systems and processes, facilitating all in-house EHS training to employees at all levels with successful achievement of certifications within six-month of project start.

Advised clients on EPA regulations, inspection findings, recommend remediation action in an effort to prepare clients for EPA compliance. Provided clients with technical assistance in support of environmental compliance for standards set by OSHA, FDNY, and the EPA; including facilitation of training on pharmaceutical, hazardous materials management.
