I spent nearly 12 years as an award-winning third-party recruiter, representing candidates and clients in a variety of industries including: Agriculture, Commercial Construction and Manufacturing. In 2022 I decided that it was time to focus my recruiting efforts on a single organization. My requirements were that it had to be an organization that believed in promoting the professional growth and development of their employees, they had to be well respected in their industry and they had to offer a product or service that I could get excited about.
