* Leadership in the Manufacturing environment. Responsible for: * Managing up to 20 employees to include supervision and conducting daily team/safety meetings. Promotes a highly engaged culture through active participation in huddles, meetings, audits, and investigations * Making sure all work zones are covered with personnel and working safely and efficiently. * Ordering tools, parts and assembly supplies and tracking of missing parts. * Reviewing production and operating reports and resolving operational, manufacturing, and maintenance problems to ensure minimum costs and prevent operational delays. * Defect quality control * working with inspectors to continuously improve the quality of the line. * Inspecting machines and equipment to ensure specific operational performance and optimum utilization. * Reviewing standard operational and working practices and observes workers to ensure compliance with standards. * Liaising between manufacturing and all support departments and ensures collaboration in order to achieve organizational goals.
