Scott Williams has more than 25 years of executive search experience recruiting senior financial and information technology executives for clients in many industries and Partners for prestigious global consultancies, public accounting and other professional service firms. Scott also has 15 years of consulting experience working with clients to design and implement improved business processes along with cutting edge information technologies. Scott is a specialist in the Professional Services industry and the functional area of Chief Information Officer search. Prior to founding BridgeStreet Partners, Scott was the professional services practice leader at A.T. Kearney Executive Search and he also led the Information Technology Consulting practice at Heidrick & Struggles. Prior to entering the executive search field, Scott was a Partner at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) where he held a leadership position in the firm’s information technology consulting practice. Throughout his career, Scott has worked closely with CEOs, CFO’s, CIO’s and other senior management providing valued insight derived from his industry and executive search experience. Scott has a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from Texas Tech University and a Master’s degree in Business Administration/Finance from The University of Texas at Austin.
