Aloterra is a vertically integrated specialty fiber manufacturer that is producing four lines of sustainable products at two manufacturing facilities. In addition to developing and manufacturing our own product lines, Aloterra also grows and controls its own raw material supplies to make our entire operation vertically integrated. We are leading a new generation of companies leveraging marginal land assets that are not appropriate for growing food to instead grow low-input, non-invasive perennial fiber crops. From absorbents, to sustainable pulp and packaging, to advanced nanomaterials, using perennial crops grown on marginal land to produce sustainable products can and will revolutionize how we live our daily lives.

Civil and Environmental Litigation.

Prior to law, focused on economic development issues, which included drafting and lobbying for economic development legislation for economically depressed communities, managing housing development projects, negotiating home owner loan programs with banks, and drafting funding proposals for private, federal, and state funding to support a variety of economic development programs.

Environmental and civil litigation involving claims for property damage, remediation, cost recovery, and natural resources damages asserted under federal, state, and common law theories of recovery.

Managed the Expungements, represented clients in front of DHS and in further appeals.
