Life is all about creating, building and sharing experiences with people you trust and truly enjoy. I am an investor, entrepreneur and musician. Building successful companies, products and creating music all have the ability to bring people together to collaborate, learn from one another, and form meaningful, lasting memories. I plan to continue creating to the very end. As a partner at Norwest, I invest early in highly inspired founders building enterprise software with a particular particular focus on agentic systems achieving next-level reasoning. My interests include CX, customer support, sales enablement, e-commerce infrastructure and marketing. Prior to Norwest I had the great fortune to experience and be part of one of the most amazing growth periods in B2B software history at Salesforce from 2010-17, leading the product organizations in Service Cloud and Desk.com. I co-founded and built three companies prior to Salesforce including a search engine in the 90’s and two B2B SaaS companies in the 2000’s. The third company (eMassive) was an e-commerce platform four years before Shopify was founded where we had the thrill of home-developing the entire enterprise stack from CRM to customer support and marketing automation. As a musician, I’ve had the unique and special opportunity to tour the world as a performer, compose music for the likes of Oliver Stone and Disney, and release numerous records on labels such as Interscope, Epic/Sony and Geffen. One of my proudest moments was charting to the Billboard Top 10 with a single “All Here Now”.
