I’m a mission-driven executive with over 35 years of experience aligning corporate values with financial performance, leading complex transformations, and building diverse, high-performing teams. Most recently, as Executive Vice President of Market Competitiveness at Prudential Financial, I led an enterprise-wide transformation that resulted in more than a billion dollars in cost savings. By streamlining operations, restructuring leadership, and creating a transparent management system, we sustained long-term improvements and positioned the company for future success. I also played a key role in redefining leadership roles, ensuring that finance and operations worked hand in hand with technology. Prior to that, as Executive Vice President & Head of International Businesses, I had the opportunity to lead our international insurance segment across 13 countries, overseeing a team of 30,000 and $3B in operating income. I developed an “empowered country” operating model that allowed us to tap into local expertise while staying aligned with our broader strategy. Earlier in my career, I progressed from leading a $300B portfolio supporting the US insurance business as the company’s Domestic CIO to managing a $500B insurance general account investment portfolio as its Global Chief Investment Officer. I also spearheaded the launch of a $300M Corporate Venture Capital Fund, helping drive innovation and strategic growth.
