* · Oversee the daily activities of 6 team members in the build lab * · Work with planning and control to manage daily throughput * · Organize daily WIP for the build lab to guarantee production timelines are met. * · Synchronize with the MPE to ensure that jobs requiring methods are identified and completed * · Conducted monthly audits in the lab to certify the area met established business guidelines * · Correspond with inspection to confirm quality issues are addressed

* · Evaluate all jobs to ensure production builds stay on schedule * · Scrutinize bill material to identify required hardware and ensure that materials are in place for the build * · Follow up with the buyers to ensure PO’s meet deadlines * · Look at MRP control sheets reports to guarantee all product that can be build is being worked * · Transfer excess material where needed to fulfill project requirements * · Report to management weekly to create transparency on job schedules * · Cycle jobs to be dropped with no shortages * · Resolve production assembly needs that arise during the build process

* · Aftermarket throughput specialist * · Track all production request that require outside vendor processing * · Monitor material review board parts for Engineering disposition * · Move jobs throughout shop * · Organize and release material through bond room * · Cut and release work/job orders * · Coordinate with floor Planners on delivery dates to ensure on time delivery * · Split quantities on work orders * · Ensure AOG are completed in a timely manor

* · Supervise 34 non-exempt manufacturing employees, including lab supervisors * · Coach and mentor team members to ensure adherence to established guidelines, procedures and polices * · Conduct mid-year and annual performance evaluations for the team and set yearly goals * · Partner with the Area Scheduling Team to develop process flows that prevent bottlenecks and support throughput * · Coordinate with Operations Program Managers and Production Planners in order to maintain the most efficient and effective completion of projects * · Oversee monthly audit process between the Build Lab and Area Compliance to ensure compliance with ESD * · Enforce project timelines to ensure schedules are met and quality is not compromised * · Participate in the hiring process of new team members
