The Customer Sharing Movement is a movement of Workday customers who are passionate about sharing their knowledge and experiences with others who are doing the same. I post curated content with a purpose to help other Workday customers on their Workday journey.

Consulted clients over various business requirements per project scope. Projects completed during tenure lead to increased efficient in business processes and SOX compliance requirements. Projects Included: • MOM Processes - Contact Changes & Benefit Events. • Reporting on tasks enabled from Domains & BP Security Policies that require internal audit review and approval. • SOX Dashboard that comprised various other sub-projects, bringing it to holistic completion. This allowed HRIS and internal audit teams to call upon numerous security and change management reports that improved business efficiency for SOX audit compliance.

•Lead a team of HRIS Analysts, provide the team with foundational knowledge and support, while recording all training with detailed guides and videos •Organized Workday Drive into various folders based on subject and functional area detailing the training or project item •Configured Change Job, Job Requistion, Expense Report, Request Compensation Change, Propose Compensation Change, Request OTP, Request Framework, and Hire BP's from the ground up. • Implemented Guidance Workspace with various help text and guides across various business segmented and languages to ensure end user adoption and assistance with issues. •Manage M&A files - ensuring data integrity, seamless transition, security, org hierarchy, and how to guides for the transfer of ownership. • Implemented Constrained Proxy & Delegation process to complement each other for end user adoption. • Leveraged Custom Orgs to secure sensitive data by leveraging employees in a "hidden" org • Implemented semi-dynamic security rules on Custom Org to allow security visibility to select security based on business requirements. •SME for the following functional areas (Security, Organization Hierarchy, Report Writing, HCM, Learning, BP Configuration, M&A Files, and EIB's). •Configured security across the business for 7 years and handle upwards of 50 security changes daily with the continual movement and development of the growing business complexities. •Continued duties from Senior HRIS Analyst role.

•Supported M&A loads & EIB files into production. •Administering changes to Workday functionality including business process configuration and maintaining corporate security. •Responsible for running audit reports over various business segments. •Performed testing of various Workday functions, approving them, and then migrating to production. •Worked closely with the payroll team to provide reports and assistance over our various regions across the US and Canada •Implemented new security roles which better streamlined access issues. •Rolled out LMS project with team into our production environment and setup all security for LMS. •Developed corporate security routing for approvals based on higher and lower priority roles. •Developed many custom reports to fit business needs. •Point of contact for all security and most HCM processes.
