As the Senior Member Services Representative, I not only maintained and balanced a cash drawer daily, but was also responsible for assisting members with a variety of questions and concerns, requiring access to and familiarity with multiple computer programs and systems. I also acted as a backup to the manager and could assume leadership responsibilities as needed.

In this position, I was responsible for directly supervising three to five tellers, as well as four to eight additional employees. I worked closely with the branch manager regarding the daily operation of the branch. When the branch manager was unavailable, I acted in her place as the highest authority within the branch. I was also responsible for staff scheduling, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, certifications, ATM balancing (both at the branch and at outlying locations), reviewing cash orders, maintaining and balancing a cash drawer daily, as well as supporting a professional and positive work environment.

My primary responsibilities included inputting and processing loan applications, opening new accounts and cash handling. I also answered phones, and completed daily reports tracking branch productivity. I was responsible for maintaining and distributing large amounts of cash daily.

As the third shift supervisor I was solely responsible for the smooth operations of the FBO (Fixed Base of Operations) from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. My duties included general security of the building and field, nightly quality control sampling and testing of both Jet Fuel and 100LL, and nightly safety inspections of fueling equipment (5,000 gallon and 8,000 gallon fuel tankers). As the only technician at night, I had to maintain a flexible schedule in order to service both unexpected arriving aircraft (including aircraft marshalling and parking, fueling, lavatory servicing, rental car and/or shuttle services, catering, etc.) and regularly scheduled cargo aircraft (primarily fueling duties). I have experience fueling many different models of helicopters, light aircraft, and heavy aircraft including the Boeing 727, 757, 767, and 747, Airbus 300 and military aircraft including the C-10 and C-5. During my time in this position I had only myself to rely on and often had to think fast and use my time wisely to ensure my duties were completed in a safe and efficient manner.

As office manager for Northridge Electric, I answer phones, schedule service calls, prepare invoices and statements, receive payments, prepare payroll, prepare quotes and estimates and many other customer service related duties. I also manage several commercial and residential properties. This requires me to prepare rental contracts, review tenant applicants, prepare monthly CAM billings, collect rent and send 3-day notices when necessary, and show properties. I also do basic bookkeeping for each property, including paying bills and maintaining checkbooks.
