Responsible for incoming repair evaluations, feedback alignment and final testing of repaired motors. Also create data sheets, evaluation and test reports.

Responsible for maintaining a consistent flow of work from incoming to completion. Supervised employees through all phases of the process including disassembly, evaluation, repair, rewind, testing and shipping. Worked closely with customers and vendors to maintain good working relationships and clear lines of communication.

Fields of study included airframe and powerplant maintenance, electrical, hydraulic, welding, electronics and general inspections.
