Altus Capital Partners is a middle market buyout private equity firm targeting niche manufacturing companies headquartered in the United States. We invest in middle market manufacturing companies that employ proprietary technologies to produce highly engineered products for both domestic and international markets. Our platform investments typically have EBITDA values greater than $4 million and net revenues in the $40-$150 million range. We source platform investment opportunities as well as add-on acquisitions for our current portfolio, manage acquisition due diligence, arrange debt financing, appraise investment proposals, conduct industry research, structure transactions, implement corporate operating strategies and seek exit opportunities for our portfolio companies.
