Responsible for the Configuration and Implementation of Network Hardware. The job consisted of configuring indivdual pieces of hardware to the network buildout of entire office buildings.

I am the Team lead for the L2 Network Support group. Duties are to assist managmeent with the running of the day-to-day operation as well as being the technicial lead for the staff.

To provide situational awareness through the detection, containment, and remediation of IT threats. I work closely with our Managed Security Service Provider and Security Operations team as well as managing incidents for the enterprise, ensuring they are properly identified, analyzed, communicated, actioned/defended, investigated and reported. I also monitor applications to identify possible cyber-attacks or intrusions and determine if it is real and malicious. I work closely with our Market IT Security teams to determine business impact in the event of a cyber attack.
