· Administer generation Requests for Proposals (RFP) for AEP’s Oklahoma subsidiary, Public Service Company of Oklahoma (PSO), including management of bid selection process and bidder interactions · Conduct commercial negotiations for generation resources through build-transfer and power purchase agreements. · Serve as commercial witness for regulatory filings, including PSO’s most recent renewables project portfolio, which included six resources, whose nameplate generation totaled 995 MW.

· Successfully completed rotations in Operations, Structuring, Hourly Trading and Middle Office Risk within AEP’s Commercial Operations division · Developed pricing for structured energy transactions that typically exceeded more than $1M in value · Evaluated liabilities of the generation fleet and their effect on AEP’s market exposure · Developed a real-time conditions monitoring tool for Commercial Operations · Interacted with 3rd party vendors to optimize performance of generation fleet tools
