I am a qualified and competent Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality, professional with over 20 years’ experience of working in the engineering sector and 9 years within the health , Safety, Environmental and Quality sector. During this period, I have developed a diverse wealth of skills and expertise firstly as a skilled mechanical engineer in sub contract machining, then taking over control of the setup, management and maintenance of the HSEQ Operating Systems within a large demanding organisation to ISO 9001/14001/ISO 45001 and BSEN 1090 Standards. I have extensive experience in dealing with customers, contractors, suppliers and the regulatory authorities. I am also proficient in ensuring projects and initiatives are properly controlled and delivered on time and within budget, and see this as a fundamental quality and management function. My experience also extends to HR having managed the full disciplinary process to ACAS standards as part of my current duties. I also volunteer as a member of the IOSH Peer Review Panel.
