Advocating for Awareness and Support of the fight against Alzheimers and Dementia, through research, advocacy and caregiver support. One in every 6 people will suffer from and die with a dementia-related disease. My personal goal is to reach the day when Dementia is no longer spoken of in whispers, but instead shouted from the rooftops, and where the Purple of Alzheimer's Association is as recognizable and supported as the Pink associated with Cancer. My professional goal is to help those with Dementia, their caregivers and loved-ones, to plan for and directly take on the "long goodbye".

Providing legal representation to people of all ages who are interested in planning for their physical and financial well-being in later life, and planning for the legacy they leave behind. Helping protect the elderly and special needs individuals from exploitation and abuse. Protecting clients and their assets via Estate Planning - Wills and Trusts, Special Needs Trusts, Advance Directives, Powers of Attorney Guardianships, Medicaid Planning, and all other legal matters related to our aging and often vulnerable population.

Banking and Real Estate Litigation

Advanced legal degree program (LLM) in Elder Law across all US States, with a focus on Trust & Estate Planning including Tax and Retirement Planning, as well as Disability (Special Needs), Long-Term Care Planning, Guardianship and Alternatives. Curriculum includes 25 graduate-level credit hours, taught by recognized leaders in the field of Elder Law. Anticipated Graduation (with Honors): Spring 2025.
