I led the integration of restaurant photography into the consumer interface, managing the content pipeline and image processing.

I led payments and compliance-related product initiatives for the European market, supporting the launch of financial services across multiple business lines. In that role, I am managing the payments compliance operation, and I am the owner or related content, processes, tools, and metrics. Moreover, during the COVID-19 pandemic, I have developed and successfully delivered the business continuity plan without impact and service level and quality.

As a Global Business Process Services Manager, I have managed two global programs targeted to drive the effectiveness and operational excellence of the shared service center organization at McCormick & Co. I successfully launched a technical shared service center for the USA, Canada, and Mexico and transitioned 5 lines of business to the new operating location. I have managed the implementation of a business process management solution, deployed the universal process classification framework (APQC), launched a business process management tool (Promapp), piloted Celonis process mining software launch, and set-up the governance model and.

In my role as Global Innovation Delivery Manager, I lead multifaceted teams in the full life-cycle delivery of Innovation and Renovation projects to convey value and support in-market performance for JDE, a global coffee and tea company. I led multidisciplinary project teams in the development of the 2nd largest JDE innovation platform for new coffee proposition throughout Europe, Australia, China and South East Asia and fronting the launch project for L’OR, a new super premium brand for the instant category, the end to end project development and delivery, with a Net Sales Value of €100M, in Europe, Asia, Middle East & Africa. I delivered quality improvement project for the Jacobs Monarch range, orchestrating the successful development of an advanced innovation pipeline scorecard and co-developing the JDE project management excellence training program. Within this role, I also facilitated the geo-expansion program for the JDE portfolio throughout 15 African and Middle East markets.

Within my role as European Project Manager, I relaunched Whiskas portfolio, the largest innovation project in Europe, from initiation to closure for Mars Petcare Europe, a subsidiary of Mars Inc., the global manufacturer of confectionery, pet food and food products. I provided reliable leadership to multidisciplinary project teams throughout the development cycle of the project during the stage gate process. I also shepherded the alignment and delivery of the innovation pipeline scorecard and road maps, managed project gates governance and ownership, development, and continuous improvement relevant processes and tools.

In my former role as Innovation Project Manager, I carried out the Twix bar global re-design execution and managed the delivery of yearly Snickers bar activation for Mars Chocolate (CEE), a subsidiary of Mars Inc. I created a common activation platform to drive scale and cost efficiency as part of the Snickers More Nuts promotion in 2012, executed to leverage key brand asset ‘peanuts’ and I also spearheaded the brand compass deployment of Twix bars which included the ‘pause button’ introduction and new brand positioning execution in CEE. I executed the new activation platform delivery - ‘take a pause’ with Twix and established the ‘pause’ attribute through association with coffee break. In addition, I managed the concept development, industrialised the activation toolkit for in store and online, and coordinated the branded promotional merchandise creation and on pack communication.

In 2010, I successfully completed the fast track graduate development program with 3 project based assignments in various departments under Mars Poland, a subsidiary of Mars Inc.
