Miriam Schafer

I was a technical expert in the back office processing department for mutual funds, including both retirement and non- retirement accounts. I consistently maintained a productivity of over 200% and received high role and role model rating from management. I led trainings regularly for the complex requests and served as a contact for other departments to reach out to with issues. I helped lead and write training for the cost basis team within the department and was part of our FIS team that processed transactions for the funds and plans. I served as a coach for peers when dealing with complex, sensitive or escalated issues and consistently helped deescalate requests as needed.

My job was to maintain the softlines department by keeping it picked up, stocked, organized and set by style. I helped direct my department team members to keep softlines properly serviced to assist guests as needed and work on daily projects. I helped back up other departments as needed and with any guest issues.
