For more than 15 years I have been dealing with technology; especially industrial automation, M2M communication, SW engineering, covering many positions from R&D to Management, being responsible of P&L and global distributed teams. I am member of several international group of experts in different domains (Power Automation, Wind Energy, Industry 4.0, testing and certification). I have been a consultant for many years, being able to self organize myself, but I have also gained a lot of experience with big corporations (with matrix organization). I have executed partnerships with global companies, both private and governmental, especially in Europe and Asia (China, South Korea, Taiwan). The professional background is complemented by my passion for music, which is important because it helps me to think out of the box and it helps keeping the mindset flexible and open to changes, something nobody can avoid nowadays.
