Responsible for developing and maintaining overseas clients, mainly from Europe and the United States, focusing on silicone and plastic OEM/ODM products such as POS terminal protective cases, pet silicone items, and stress-relief toys. Coordinate with engineering and production teams to ensure smooth project execution from quotation to mass production. Provide professional communication between factory and customers on mold design, material selection, sampling, and quality standards. Lead product presentation and cost analysis to help clients optimize their product design and market competitiveness. Aim to build long-term partnerships through transparent communication, stable quality, and on-time delivery.

Started from production line and grew into Quality Manager, gaining in-depth understanding of silicone and plastic manufacturing processes. Responsible for quality inspection standards, process improvement, and defect prevention for silicone injection and compression molding products. Worked closely with engineering and production teams to ensure consistency between samples and mass production. Led internal audits and supported export customers’ product quality requirements (ISO9001, client-specific inspections).
