Currently Heading the Medical wing of Sharda University- Learning & Development Function for two hospitals i.e. Sharda Hospital (1200 beds) & ShardaCare Healthcity (600 beds), managing end-to-end L&D initiatives across clinical and non-clinical staff. Develop and implement SOPs, prepare Job Descriptions, and interview staff to assess communication skills and identify development needs. Lead training teams for BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NALS, designing and delivering high-quality resuscitation programs. Developing innovative learning initiatives, including Sevabhav or Service Excellence training for frontline staff, team dynamics gamification for nurses, and the launch of the Namaste Drive to foster a culture of care, respect, and positive engagement across the hospital. Revamped and launched a new two-day HR induction program to facilitate smoother transition for new joinees, including leadership addresses. Drive leadership development, capability building, and a culture of continuous learning, collaborating with HR, department heads, and external vendors to ensure learning solutions meet organizational objectives. Champion employee engagement, mentoring, and coaching, leveraging analytics and feedback to measure training effectiveness and optimize programs.

Led the design, implementation, and evaluation of comprehensive Learning & Development programs aligned with organizational goals. Developed and executed strategic L&D plans & designed targeted learning interventions for clinical, managerial, and support staff. Oversaw the end-to-end learning lifecycle, including curriculum development, program delivery, evaluation, and continuous improvement. Delivered innovative programs using platforms like Kahoot and RIL LMS, including Sevabhav training initiatives for frontline staff and team dynamics training with gamification for nurses, successfully managing batches of over 100 staff. Collaborated closely with HR, department heads, and external vendors to ensure learning solutions met organizational needs. Championed a culture of continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and employee engagement, while mentoring and coaching teams to enhance performance.

New Hire Induction, following ADDIE model & Kirkpatrick Learning Evaluation Model, Training need Identification & analysis, Behavioral Training for Frontline staff i.e. Clinicians, Nursing staff, Support and Paramedics staff. Coordination between SMEs for Functional Training, Employee Engagement, On floor Observation/Audits, LMS, Online plus Classroom sessions.
